Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: July 23, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or entering The Little Ferry Ltd. By completing a booking through Beyonk or entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Core Mandate: Parental Supervision Required
"Big Adventures, Small Setting" — Our space is specifically designed to give parents a clear, relaxed line of sight across the entire room. However, The Little Ferry Ltd is not a drop-off childcare facility.
A responsible adult (aged 18+) must supervise their children at all times during their visit. Our crew is here to host, keep the space clean, and make great coffee, but direct supervision remains the absolute responsibility of the accompanying adult.
2. Capped Play Sessions & Capacities
To protect our relaxed atmosphere and preserve sightlines, we enforce strict capacity caps on all scheduled play sessions.
- Every child entering the play area must have a valid online booking slot allocated via Beyonk.
- Once a session cap hits zero, no further entries will be permitted under any circumstances to prevent overcrowding.
3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Time Slots
- All public sessions run for a fixed duration. Sessions start and end strictly at the advertised times to allow our crew to clear, sanitise, and reset the play structures for the next group.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Standard session tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. However, if you purchase the £1 booking protection fee at checkout, you can reschedule your session up to 2 hours before your start time via your Beyonk confirmation link, subject to alternative session availability.
4. Memberships & Recurring Billing
If you sign up for a Customer Membership:
- Fees are billed automatically on a recurring cycle processed securely via Beyonk/Stripe.
- Crucial: Holding a membership does not guarantee entry without an online reservation. Members must still log into the website and book a specific session slot in advance to deduct a credit and secure a spot within our strict session caps.
5. Health, Hygiene, and Play Safety
- The Sock Rule: For health and hygiene reasons, all children and adults entering the matted play zones or stepping onto the custom wooden structures must wear socks at all times. Shoes are strictly prohibited in the play spaces.
- Food and Drink: No external food or drink may be brought into the venue, with the exception of clear baby formula or medical necessities. Refreshments purchased at our café must be consumed at the seating areas and are strictly prohibited on the play equipment.
- Illness: To protect our young community, children who are visibly unwell or have suffered from vomiting/diarrhoea within the last 48 hours must not enter the play cafe.
6. Limitation of Liability
While The Little Ferry Ltd maintains custom, professionally built role-play structures and complies with rigorous safety standards, play activities carry an inherent risk of minor bumps or scrapes. Children use the equipment at their own risk. The Little Ferry Ltd accepts no liability for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property unless directly caused by our proven negligence or failure to maintain our facilities.
